FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT KIND OF DISCOUNTS DO YOU GIVE?
Most, if not all, of our items are lower in price compared to those with the exact same brand names and dosage strengths sold in leading drug stores. Aside from that, we also honor senior citizen and PWD priveleges as mandated by law. But like in no other pharmacy, our regular NON-senior/PWD customers also get a special 5% discount on medicines and as much as 10% discount on volume orders!

IN WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver nationwide. For delivery within Metro Manila, there is no delivery fee but a minimum purchase amount based on location is required. For customers who reside outside of Metro Manila, we ship orders through LBC courier, and shipping fee is shouldered by the customers.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE?
Deliveries are divided in two batches. The first batch of orders that have been taken from 8:00AM-9:30AM will be delivered at around 11:00AM to 12:00NN. The second batch of orders that have been taken from 9:30AM-2:30PM will be delivered at around 4:00PM-6:00PM. All orders taken after the cut-off times will be delivered the next day.

HOW MUCH IS THE MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT?
Deliveries within Metro Manila are free of charge provided that the minimum purchase amount is met. The minimum purchase amounts for delivery vary from PhP1000.00-PhP2000.00 depending on the proximity of the delivery address to our office.

WHAT OTHER REQUIREMENTS SHOULD BE MET FOR DELIVERY?
Customers can fax or e-mail us a copy of their prescriptions and identification cards for record-keeping.

ARE ALL MEDICINES AVAILABLE IN YOUR PHARMACY?
At this time, unfortunately not. In our goal to provide cheaper prices, we do not carry brands whose suppliers cannot give us a good deal to be able to sell it in a much lower price than leading pharmacies.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS FOR DELIVERY?
We accept cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard & Diners Club) on delivery. Our delivery men are equipped with portable credit card terminals.
